- Deed RestrictionsYou may or not know that Willow Bend is a Deed Restricted Community. When you bought your home you should have received a copy of the Deed Restrictions for your part of the neighborhood. There are several variations depending on which street you live. As the builders completed different phases of the development they created restrictions for that particular part. Most of them say the same thing but there are some differences. We have now completed the update for all the restrictions. Some platt's did not work because of the file size but most are there in PDF format along with all the restrictions.
